Bill McCutcheon is the owner/president of McCutcheon Appraisal Services Ltd and is a well known and respected member of the real estate community in the Napanee, Kington and Belleville areas. Bill started as a real estate sales person in 1981 and for the past 30+ years has been an active real estate agent, real estate brokerage owner and accredited appraiser. Bill has the CRA designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
We understand that at times getting a report done quickly can allow you to make very important decisions that can result in money in your pocket. Therefore it is our goal to provide the majority of our completed appraisal reports back you, the client, within 24 hours after our inspection of the property.
